Миллион в дефиците. Почему беспилотной авиации России катастрофически не хватает людей?

К 2030 году России необходимо подготовить 1 миллион специалистов для отрасли беспилотных авиационных систем (БАС). В скором времени это число перестало казаться чем-то из ряда вон выходящим. Заместитель министра промышленности и торговли Василий Шпак сообщил, что, по оценкам ведомства, кадровая потребность в сфере БАС до 2030 года составит 355 тысяч человек. Эта цифра быстро находит подтверждение у экспертов с мест. Так, на форуме «Кадры для цифровой экономики» прозвучало, что только гражданскому рынку прямо сейчас не хватает 14500 специалистов, из которых почти 12000 это операторы дронов. Рынок труда не терпит пустоты: на ведущих площадках по поиску работы в первой половине 2025 года было открыто более 2000 вакансий, напрямую связанных с БАС. читать
